FAQ’s

  • Reception opening times are:
    Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm.
    Sunday & bank holidays - 9am - 1pm


  • Check in time is between 4pm - 5pm.
    Please note reception closes at 5pm, please let us know prior to that if you are planning on arriving after 5pm so that we can arrange for key collection.

    Early check in is available at an additional charge of £20.00 which brings check in to 2pm.

    Check out     is 10am.
    Late check out may be available at an additional charge of £20.00 charge, which brings check out to 11.30am.

  • Please use the space outside the cottages to unload your car. Then please move your car round to the car park to allow large farm vehicles access to their fields – thank you

  • We have updated our internet connection to Starlink, so there is no compromise in your entertainment and communication on your tranquil retreat!
    This is available throughout all of the cottages.

  • Mobile reception is poor if any at all! You can use our Starlink wi-fi on your mobile phone for calls, or we do have a pay phone in reception if needed.

  • Swimming pool is an indoor heated pool which is open every day from 9am – 7pm.

    The pool is heated to 30degrees,

    There is a cover on the pool which keeps the heat in – please put the cover back on after every use – very important, thank you.

    Please bring your own towels for the swimming pool!

  • The Sauna is not switched on all the time if you wish to use it please put it on approx. 15 minutes before you wish to use.

  • Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s all deliver to our cottages.

    There is a Tesco & Aldi in Llandrindod Wells, approx a 20minute drive away.

    The closest shop is in Newbridge on Wye, approx a 10minute drive away.

  • Gift vouchers of any amount are available to purchase from reception.

  • All linen for the beds & sofa beds are provided.

    Towels are provided for the cottage but not for the swimming pool.

  • We have codes to access the games room & swimming pool which will be available in your cottage.

    Which are open every day 9am - 7pm.

  • - Online through our booking system.

    -Payment can be made over the phone via a card or a Bacs transfer.

    - £100 non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of the booking

    - Total balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.

  • Unfortunately, we don’t accept pets at the cottages.
